Device traffic counters are empty

By default, Cloutik collects the download and upload traffic information from the device Ethernet1 port at every synchronization.

This information is retrieved from port Ethernet1 because it is the default WAN port. If you are using another WAN port, this can be modified on the GetHealthCloutik script.

Note that this information cannot be collected only from an Ethernet port. RouterOS do not provide the required variables from Wireless, LTE or SFP interfaces.

The counters for uplink and downlink traffic are reset to zero at every device reboot. As a consequence, the figures can be very significative without a reboot during weeks. If you prefer to restart the counters, you can trigger a reset.
