No device logs visible
The Logs sent by the RouterOS to the Cloutik service are sent on UDP / Port 5014. Cloutik does not collect all the logs that can be sent by a RouterOS device, because if you activate multiple topics it is too verbose. However you should see the Critical / Warning / Info topics without problem.
If you do not see these logs, it is likely that your network is preventing the device to send such logging traffic to Cloutik.
Another explanation would be that your device lost its Logging configuration. In order to check, connect to the device with Winbox or Webfig and go to the System / Logging section. You should see a specific action named “Cloutikds”.
