6. Sites and Groups

When you manage multiple RouterOS devices on your Cloutik account, you can use the Sites and Groups elements to improve their visibility.

The Site element allows to gather several devices under the same label. It can be associated to a geographic location or business information. The devices will be completely independent in their Site. The view per site is available in the section Devices / Lists on the second part of the left menu.

The Group element allows to gather several devices on which you want to apply a specific set of operations. For example if you want to reboot all the hEX or SXT devices, create a dedicated group for them, then apply a configuration “Reboot” and launch it : all the devices within this group will launch this operation and reboot.

Note that a Device can be associated to several Groups, but only one Site.
